The Visionary Behind DBE
Meet Dale Blacker, the Owner/Director of DBE, who embarked on his earthmoving journey at the tender age of 10. Growing up around the family's earthmoving business, he was no stranger to operating vintage mechanical machines like the TD15 dozers and 955 drotts. While the technology in the industry evolved, Dale noticed that the attachments for these machines hadn't kept pace. With over 35 years of experience understanding how materials interacted with various equipment, he knew there was room for improvement.
Closing the Gap
Determined to bridge this gap, Dale set out on a mission. Armed with a sketch, a grinder, and a welder, he began the journey towards innovation. He meticulously stitch-welded his way to creating attachments that set new standards. After two years of relentless research and development, he achieved a breakthrough that would revolutionise the earthmoving industry.
